As president and founder of Lightroom, Dean has been crafting compelling stories, creating brands, and producing memorable media experiences for over 20 years.
Under Dean’s leadership the Lightroom developed award-winning experiential shows and exhibits for World’s Fairs and Olympic pavilions, documentary films, Olympic Games bid packages, international conferences, global luxury brands, Crown corporations and government ministries.
Prior to founding Lightroom, Dean worked as a marketing and print advertising consultant in media production (video, interactive, audio) and production management. His knowledge of how technology may support, inform, and bring to life key messages has successfully guided clients in their search for distinctive and memorable media initiatives.
Dean has applied skills in photography, videography, music, writing, directing and project management, holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of British Columbia, and studied Digital Media Development at the Vancouver Film School.
