I started Lightroom with a passion for storytelling and helping businesses grow and succeed through effective marketing strategies and immersive media experiences.

Over the years, I have directed and led all our key accounts, business development efforts, senior staff, business planning and strategy. I have also developed and implemented business process systems and performance management programs that have improved our efficiency and qualit.y

I have worked extensively through all business functions - from operations to finance and accounting to business development. I have learned much from my colleagues and clients, who have challenged me to grow and innovate. I have also become a mentor and coach to management and staff and a trusted advisor to clients, many of whom developed into long-term enduring personal and business relationships.
